A coastal sanctuary, two decades in the making.
Established in 2003 on a secluded stretch of Mediterranean coastline, Manordunenest was created for guests who judge a place by how it makes them feel, not by what it flaunts. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a modest bar. Today we count 80 keys, three restaurants and three private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still prepares dinner each evening.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has served with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan for us; it is the whole philosophy.
Every major guide has awarded us five stars, but the honour we treasure most cannot be hung on a wall: more than 60 percent of our bookings each year come from guests who have returned before. That is the sole metric we track.

Wellness & Spa
Thalassotherapy sourced from the sea beneath us, treatments from a 90-page menu, and undisturbed tranquillity across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The experience is easier to feel than to put into words.
Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas, and a private beach with chilled towels throughout the day. Guests under sixteen are permitted only in the family pool — all others are kept serene by design.
Resort Experience
Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a service team schooled at Europe's finest establishments. From baccarat to roulette, every table is overseen by a dealer with at least five years on our floor. Discretion is not an amenity here. It is the standard.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining tiers facing west, arranged so no two tables sit directly opposite one another. The golden hour here runs roughly forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.
